Art Elements for Kids
Budding artists, ages 8-12, join us!
Learn the basic elements of art: line, shape, colour, texture, and pattern. Create drawings and art projects using these elements, Explore common mediums like pencil, pastels, watercolour, collage, etc. Also become familiar with several local artists, and their work in our community. We will visit our Gallery Shows!
WHO? Children, ages 8-12; max 8 students
WHEN? Thursdays 3:30-5pm Oct 5th-Dec 14 ( 9 sessions-2 off in November)
COST? $150 includes art supplies, scrapbook, art folder, and art frame to go home at the end of the sessions.
WHERE? Nicola Valley Arts Centre - 2051 Voght St (in Studio beside Kekuli Cafe or in Clubhouse)
*No refunds on art programs, classes or events.

Crafty Kids Club Fall 2023
Fun art and craft activities! Bring a snack! We might get messy, so we have shirts here at the Arts Centre Studio.
WHO? Children, ages 7-12; maximum 8 students per class
WHEN? Wednesdays 3:30-5pm
COST? $60 for each session of 6 classes, includes craft supplies
WHERE? Nicola Valley Arts Centre - 2051 Voght St (beside Kekuli Cafe)
*No refunds on art programs, unless NVCAC cancels.

Session 1: Sept 27 - Nov 1 - class completely full

Art Parties
Leave the mess at our house by booking your next birthday party or special get-together at the Nicola Valley Arts Centre. Schedule a private art class with one of our instructors and you get a 1 ½ hour class plus another ½ hour to enjoy your own party food.
Basic cost is $120 for up to 6 children, then choose your art party option:
-Paper Crafts $35
-Bath Bombs $35
-Puppet making $40
-Mandalas $30
