Mother's Day Tea and Crafts
Take your mom out for a special treat! Make a craft together and then enjoy a special tea service with sweet and savoury goodies. You will have time for 1-2 small crafts, with choices both easy and more intricate. A lovely afternoon for moms and children of all ages.
Crafts from 1 - 3pm in the Studio: choose from 3 different craft activities - paper quilled earrings, watercolour cards, plus other options for very young crafters.
Tea from 3-4 in the Clubhouse: includes a seated tea service with sweet and savoury goodies. Indicate dietary requirements with your registration.

Our Crafty Kids Club continues with after school activities and crafts every Wednesday, 3:30-5pm.

Adult Art Classes
Come and create with Herta Klassen using watercolours on a variety of different paint surfaces. The goal is for you to play, have loads of fun and go home with several small paintings which can become your own original art cards. Open to all levels. Bring your own brushes and paints or use her supplies for an extra $6.00

Join Diana Grimshire and learn how to use beeswax from local bees to make decorative luminaries in Spring or Easter style.

Art for Time Travellers
Join Amanda Pryzner-Dunn for time-travel adventures! We will visit several periods, cultures, and geographic areas while creating art using similar styles and techniques. No supplies required, just bring your curiosity and be prepared to be inspired!

Drop Spindle Class
Learn how to spin and ply to make your own custom yarn with Tracy Coombs. All supplies included: a hand-crafted spindle, fibre, and two storage balls. No previous experience required.

With practice, anyone can draw! Acquire drawing skills with Diane Wandler in this 4-class series where you will explore flowers and landscapes sketched in pencil.

Bring your junk jewellery and use it’s pieces to re-create a unique bracelet or necklace with Diane Wandler. Tools supplied.
May 3, 5:30pm - 8:30pm, $20
Get Ready for Summer! Join Lynn Cox and learn the craft of using plants and plant-based dyes to create a unique 100% organic cotton Sarong. This versatile wrap is perfect for beach and pool side.

Kids' Art Parties
Leave the mess at our house by booking your next birthday party or special get-together at the Nicola Valley Arts Centre. Schedule a private art class with one of our instructors and you get a 1 ½ hour class plus another ½ hour to enjoy your own party food.
Basic cost is $120 for up to 6 children, then choose your art party option:
